This Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) provides information on how Pocket Hero processes your personal data submitted on ourpockethero.myshopify.com (the Website).

We process your personal data for the following purpose:

4.1. Processing of orders and sale of goods

Pocket Hero processes your personal data in order to process your order placed on the Website (in other words, perform the agreement concluded between Pocket Hero and you, as described in our Terms of Service). In such case, Pocket Hero process the following personal data belonging to you: name, surname, e-mail address, address, ordered items, payment data, IP address, shipment address, and other data related to the performance of the agreement. The basis for the processing of data of customers is the performance of the contract. Personal data indicated in this section will be kept for 10 (ten) years as of the date of the order. The data processed for this purpose may be transferred to payment service providers.

4.2. Shipment of goods

Pocket Hero processes your personal data in order to ship the goods ordered on the Website. In such case, Pocket Hero process the following personal data belonging to you: name, surname, shipment address, phone number, and other data related to the performance of the agreement. The basis for the processing of data of customers is the performance of the contract. Personal data indicated in this section will be kept for 10 (ten) years as of the date of the order. The data processed for this purpose may be transferred to courier or post service providers.

4.3. For sending marketing communications

If you consent (ordered newsletters, or tick consent box while registering, etc) for the purpose to provide information about our products, events, or special offers, we will process the following personal data: your name and e-mail address. These data will be collected on the basis of your consent and will be stored for 2 (two) years from the date of your consent to receive direct marketing communications. 

If you are our customer (i.e. have bought our goods within the last 2 (two) years) and have not objected to Pocket Hero direct marketing messages, we may send you messages about goods and services similar to those purchased by or provided to you by e-mail on the basis of our legitimate interest.

You have the right to refuse direct marketing at any time by contacting us via e-mail given in this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose your personal data to our employees, agents or data processors who provide services/carry out works to us (i.e. IT service providers, auditors, lawyers, consultants) and process your data on behalf of Pocket Hero, as the data controller, if it is reasonably required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

We will take all necessary steps to ensure that our data processors implement the appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure safety and confidentiality of your personal data.
