Processing of orders and sale of goodsPocket Hero processes your personal data in order to process your order placed on the Website (in other words, perform the agreement concluded between Pocket Hero and you, as described in our Terms of Service). In such case, Pocket Hero process the following personal data belonging to you: name, surname, e-mail address, address, ordered items, payment data, IP address, shipment address, and other data related to the performance of the agreement. The basis for the processing of data of customers is the performance of the contract. Personal data indicated in this section will be kept for 10 (ten) years as of the date of the order. The data processed for this purpose may be transferred to payment service providers.
4.2. Shipment of goods
Pocket Hero processes your personal data in order to ship the goods ordered on the Website. In such case, Pocket Hero process the following personal data belonging to you: name, surname, shipment address, phone number, and other data related to the performance of the agreement. The basis for the processing of data of customers is the performance of the contract. Personal data indicated in this section will be kept for 10 (ten) years as of the date of the order. The data processed for this purpose may be transferred to courier or post service providers.
