Shipping policy
If the item you have ordered is available in our stock, "Our Pocket Heroes" busy hand will pack beautifully and will ship it from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. If the item is not currently in stock, it will be made-to-order and we will contact you within 48 hours of your order being placed to confirm the expected shipping time. We will keep you informed every step of the way as the garments come to life and make their way to your home. We appreciate your understanding. Usually it takes to prepare pre-orders 7-14 working days.
Depending on your location we offer several shipping options:
To Lithuania:
- Free shipping on all orders, to the nearby parcel machine, or Regular Post office.
To Europe:
- Free shipping on all orders ( 7- 14 days), Free
- UPS Standard delivery ( 7- 14 business days),Ā rates are calculated at the checkout according to your order weight and depend on your location.
To the rest of the world:
- Free shipping with regular post shipping (9 - 28 daysĀ ), Free
- UPS Express delivery (1-3 business days),Ā rates are calculated at the checkout according to your order weight and depend on your location.
All items are created and shipped from Lithuania (EU).
