Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we get it - sometimes it just doesn’t work out. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you want to return or exchange the items, just drop us an email at hello@ourpockethero.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return/ exchange. We'll happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition with original tags that need to be intact for a full refund or exchange shipped out within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, the ones we inspected. If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the price of the product returned and shipping (but not returning) costs paid on your original payment method. Please be notified it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The returning costs will not be reimbursed.

Product Specifications

Our Pocket Hero reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in color, shade, and size. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
