Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

At Pocket Hero, we create our products with care and intentionality. When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is specially prepared for you.

1. Preparation Time

  • All pre-order items typically require 7ā€“14 working days to be prepared and ready for shipment.

  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this production timeline.

2. Cancellation Window

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 Hours: Since we begin sourcing materials and scheduling our production specifically for your order, cancellations requested after the initial 24-hour window are not possible.

3. Once Shipped

  • Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled.

  • If you no longer wish to keep the item after it arrives, please refer to our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
